Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Frankie Shop pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the return authorization slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
